The information learned from the Website’s users, members and customers helps Diecast Matt personalize and continually improve your experience at the Website. Diecast Matt receives and stores certain types of information automatically whenever you interact with the Website. Here are the types of information Diecast Matt gathers and how it is used:
A. Voluntarily Provided Information.
Personal: Diecast Matt receives and stores information that personally identifies you. Payment: If you are located in the United States and make a purchase or payment on the Website, Diecast Matt will collect and store your personally identifiable information. When processing an order or payment on the Website, Diecast Matt needs to know your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, product selection, order number, credit card number and expiration date. This information is necessary to process your order or payment. Although Diecast Matt transmits your credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, Diecast Matt does not rent, transfer, sell or share your credit card issuer, credit card number or expiration date with any nonaffiliated entities.
Registration: Registered Website members, users who sign up for Diecast Matt newsletters and users who enter sweepstakes or contests on the Website will receive occasional marketing materials or surveys from Diecast Matt and/or its trusted marketing partners at the email address provided at sign up. B. Automatically Provided Information.
Non-Personal: Like most website operators, Diecast Matt collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Diecast Matt’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Diecast Matt’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Diecast Matt may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Google Analytics: Diecast Matt also collects potentially personally-identifying information that is collected by Google Analytics. The analytics feature Diecast Matt has implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the Doubleclick Campaign Manager Integration, or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customer Display Network ads using Ads Settings. Diecast Matt will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information previously collected from Google Display Advertising features that is based on the DoubleClick cookie unless Diecast Matt has robust notice of, and the user’s prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger. At any time, visitors may choose to opt-out of Google Analytics tracking with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Diecast Matt uses the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature to identify trends in the usage of its website which may be published in reports for internal use.
IP Address: Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a unique identifier used to connect your computer to the Internet. Your IP address also is stored in Diecast Matt’s user registration databases when you register with Diecast Matt. IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including to: (i) help Diecast Matt identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information; (ii) diagnose service or technology problems reported by Diecast Matt users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific Web company or ISP; (iii) estimate the total number of users visiting Diecast Matt from specific areas; and (iv) help determine which users have access privileges to certain content that Diecast Matt hosts.

Physical Location: Some mobile phone service providers in the United States are required to operate a system that will pinpoint the physical location of devices that use their service. Depending on the provider and if you are located in the United States, Diecast Matt may automatically receive this information. Diecast Matt may use and store this information to provide enhanced location-based services as well as to serve location-targeted advertising.

Third Party: Diecast Matt may use a third party (such as Nielsen) to collect information on the Website for market research purposes, including through the use of cookies and web beacons. In addition, Diecast Matt allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of Diecast Matt’s Website pages to set and access cookies on your computer. You may update or edit the information you previously provided in your Diecast Matt account, or discontinue your account at any time. Keep in mind, however, that even if you delete information from your profile, Diecast Matt may retain your personal information in conformance with our data retention policy and personal information may remain within our databases, access logs, and other records.
